Boarding House Appart Hotel International
Our house is a boarding house. 
The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. The apartments are cleaned as daily as in a hotel.
Check-in is only possible with your personal key code. There ist no front desk/Rezeption at this Hotel.

Payment
We accept VISA credit card, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, EC-Card and in exceptions cash or bank transfer. In the case of invoice payment by card payment, the data must be transmitted to us before arrival. The receipt for debiting your card and your invoice we will put both
in your room.
 

Invoice address
Tell us your company poster before arrival if you need the company address on your invoice. For subsequent changes, you will incur costs.

Check-in
from 3 pm and only with key code 
At the hotel entrance, type your key code on the number block at the key box. Once you have typed all the digits from the key code,
your key will fall into the output tray. The keychain shows you the number of your apartment.
The key opens the entrance door of the hotel and the room door of your apartment. Take the key with you when leaving the apartment.
Check-in only possible with your personal key code; from 3 pm incl. Late Arrival.

Key code
Make sure you have your key code with you on arrival - no check-in without your personal key code.
You will receive the key code by e-mail from us, Appart Hotel International, about 5 days before arrival or 
in case of short-term bookings in a timely manner.
Even if you have booked via a booking portal such as booking.com, you will receive the key code directly from the Appart Hotel International
by e-mail. Attention: The key code is a completely different number than your booking number  or reservation number.
 

Keys
When leaving your apartment, please always take the key with you so that you can get back to the house or into your apartment. Our housekeeping staff are only at the hotel for a limited time.
 

Check-out
On the day of departure, please check out by 10 am at the latest.
Before leaving, throw the key at the hotel entrance into the blue key box through the slot on the top left.
 

Registration certificate/Registration form
In the apartment you will find a registration form. Please fill in this correctly, correct incorrect information!
Please put the signed registration form for us on the table in your apartment. 

WLAN
High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge via fiber optic.
Select on mobile phone: Settings - WLAN - "Appart Hotel". You can find the password in the room.
 

Drinks
The refrigerator in the apartment contains a selection of drinks, price list on the table.
Please enter the taken drinks in the form "Drinks/Getränkeliste" and put the money on the day of departure suitable. Thank you!
 

Free Parking
Free parking available on the hotel grounds behind the hotel and on the street in front of the hotel.

EV charging station
Hotel's own wallbox and four fast EV charging stations within 200m.

Animals
Dogs allowed, at the time of booking, definitely enter, there are costs. Other animals only by appointment. 
 

Long-term stay
A long-term stay is possible with us with timely booking, consistent, even for months. If a booking via our homepage is not possible directly online, please send us an e-mail. We then examine the possibilities.
